The fax number is available 24 hours a day for sending requested information to DNS Texas. This line can also be used to send purchase orders, RMA orders and any vendor specific advertisements and price list updates. Although
e-mail is the preferred method for most communications, this option is available as an alternate. This line is *NOT* to used for junk/bulk or SPAM advertisements, please.

The 24 hour emergency line is available for customers who are active members of DNS Texas 24/7 support plans and for customers who host web and/or e-mail services with DNS Texas. This line should only be used in emergencies or where other 'high priority' issues that are affecting business are occuring.
