DNS Texas offers onsite services to the immediate Fort Worth, TX and select surrounding areas only. The map below can assist in helping you determine if you are in an onsite coverage area or not.

• Areas in WHITE are not serviced by DNS Texas onsite services, but do qualify for remote sessions and other limited web/telephone/e-mail support.
  
  
• Areas in YELLOW are primary service areas and are considered local onsite service areas. This area offers the lowest cost possible for trip charges and typically offers the fastest onsite service times.
  
  
• Areas in GREEN are extended service areas. Onsite services are available in most parts of the green areas, although not all. Green areas are extended travel areas, so onsite service trip charges are higher than yellow zones. Remote support is available for these areas and is typically less expensive, if possible.
